1. Good at communication skills and Email etiquette.
2. Quick learner and should be a team player.
3. Understanding of open source projects like Joomla, Drupal, Wikis, osCommerce, etc.
4. Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc.
5. Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
6. Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebayetc).
